Charlotte Rodgers Profile and Contact Information
Dr. Charlotte Rodgers serves as the Senior Director of Assessment and Academic Operations, reporting to the Associate Provost for Academic Affairs. Dr. Rodgers primarily oversees assessment and accreditation-related tasks, including the university’s annual academic and administrative assessment cycles and program reviews. In her role, Dr. Rodgers also assists with oversight of the Academic Affairs process, supporting the Associate Provost with the review, processing, and implementation of SACSCOC substantive change documentation and academic proposals and policies.
Before her work for the Office of the Provost, Dr. Rodgers served as the Director of Compliance for HCU Athletics, where she supported the application, verification, and reporting of NCAA financial aid-related matters.
Dr. Rodgers holds a Doctorate of Strategic Leadership (DSL) from Liberty University (2026) and both an MS-HRM and BS-Kinesiology from Houston Christian University (2021, 2018). During her undergraduate studies, Dr. Rodgers was a member of the University’s NCAA Division One Women’s Golf team, assisting the team with winning the 2017 Southland Conference Tournament, resulting in an automatic qualification to the NCAA Regional tournament in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
