Dr. Renata Nero and Dr. Dianne Reed presented a paper at the which was held the week of Feb. 17 in Dallas. Drs. Nero and Reed, along with two other colleagues, addressed the topic of marginalization as it relates to the intersection of race and gender in academia. Drs. Nero and Reed are full-time faculty members in the College of Education and Behavioral Sciences and represent the Psychology and Educational Leadership and Higher Education departments, respectively.
