The purpose of the American Chemical Society at HCU is to stimulate an interest in chemistry; to assist its members and others in the study of chemistry; and finally, to alter the way people think about chemistry: the benefits it has provided mankind, the promises it makes for our future, and the burden of responsibilities its researchers must bear.
