Kathy Bilyeu is a native Houstonian, a Navy veteran, and currently serves as the HCU Fine Arts MuseumDirector. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts at the University of Houston, and a Master of Fine Arts at HCU. She also has a computer design degree and spent three years studying painting at a private school in Italy. Kathy is an Assistant Professor of Fine Arts at HCU; she teaches several graduate and undergraduate studio art classes, as well as art history.听
